Wow, I can't believe it...

I just made a $1,200 snowball payment on my loans and that saved me almost $6,000 in interest.

Six THOUSAND dollars.

I am amazed.  No Spend November... For The Win.

  1. Congratulations!! Such exciting news! I'd say you have more then earned an early break from No Spend November!

Out of curiosity - what is your plan/goal for December?

  2. Thank you, thank you!! It felt really great to pay down a huge lump off my smallest loan and even better to see the amount of interest I was saving in the end. Originally when I set up my budget I was going to have the first loan paid off by March and now I am going to shoot for January!

I celebrated by buying a pair of winter boots. Not too exciting, lol. They're not the cute kind, but they are waterproof and I can wear them when I work on my side job.

I'm not entirely sure what I am going to do for December yet. I might ease back the reins a bit just for the Holidays. :)

Thanks for the support and I look forward to following you too!
